Hand-picked, wild yeast open-fermented, matured in new and used French oak. Archetypal cool climate, medium-bodied, shiraz. Its core of red and black cherry fruit has flecks of pepper, licorice and spice, the tannins smooth and supple, the oak totally integrated. Lovely style.
