Cabernet Sauvignon is Coonawarra's pre-eminent grape variety. Parcels of premium fruit are selected, fermented and then aged in French oak barriques to produce this full bodied and richly flavoured wine.
Dense aromas of anise and blackcurrant dominate this wonderfully aromatic Coonawarra Cabernet. Beautifully textured tannins with lovely fine length, and an abundance of dark fruits with spice. Gorgeous and seductive.
