    WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?

This wine displays a lovely combination of pear guava and passionfruit. The palate offers great length and persistence with lovely crisp acidity and flavours of citrus and melon. Enjoy now while the fruit flavours are in their prime.

JENI PORT - HALLIDAY'S WINE COMPANION

Machine harvested, pressed, a portion of juice was left with solids and sent to stainless steel barrels and completed wild ferment. The rest was fermented in tank. Blended and then bottled. A good example of the classic Margaret River blend where semillon provides the sleek body of the wine, and sauvignon blanc does what it does best. More herbal-edged and played down than exuberant which will work well with food.
