Dave Fletcher certainly has a way with Nebbiolo. The â€˜Minionâ€™ is his entry-level but shows the classic characteristics of Nebbiolo â€“ tar and roses, here combined with some delicious red cherry, black raspberry and spice. Fine acid and with some grippy tannin. Coarse-ground Italian sausages please.
