A traditional spanish style rum, the HMS Princessa blends Coffey still spirits pulled off the lower sections of the still, resulting in a robust and complex flavor profile. HMS Princessa is aged from 5 to 9 years in Bourbon and Port casks, before being blended together by our Master Blender. EYE: deep mahogany color. NOSE: honeyed raisins on the nose and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. PALATE: sweet and smooth, with intense brown sugar, crème brulee tones, balanced by dry toasty oak. Complex finish with good oak integration, caramel, and tropical spice.i
