A flavoursome sparking style of bold, deep crimson hue. Lovely pink pepper and pomegranate complexity is underlined by candied dosage, jostling with zesty grapefruit tang. It's unashamedly full and colourful, yet holds its tannin texture comfortably.'

    SUNDAY TASMANIAN

Deep salmon pink colour. Fresh strawberry and red fruits with a lovely creamy texture, finishing crisp and dry. 90% Pinot Noir with a dash of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay - a beautifully balanced wine. Try with shellfish or smoked salmon.'
