We don't get to see much organic French sparkling wine (aside from Champagne) here in Australia, which makes this Duc D'Henry a wonderful and welcome outlier.
Why is this bubbly so delicious and yet inexpensive? Well it comes down to the young vineyard, which is still finding its feet. But it also means you get a bargain - a crisp, gently fruity French sparkling wine that combines just enough generosity with real flavour depth.
What a steal!
This Blanc de Blancs is light golden in colour with delicate notes of fresh fruit on the nose. The palate is bursting with citrus and yellow fruits.
