Lallier Champagne is a house on the rise in Australia, despite having over 100 years of history and a well esatablished name in its home country. Imported exclusively, the Grand Brut rose is made from Grand Cru fruit from some of the leading villages in Champagne. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is blended, with the dominant component coming from a single vintage. At just $59.99 for Grand Cru level Champagne, this cuvee is placed in a league of its own when compared to the more traditional house Champagne's readily available.
That glamorous and sensual aspect of the Rosé will please your eyes and your other senses… enjoy its sublime salmon pink shinny robe. Very subtle, its charming aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry, spiced with citrus notes, will seize your nose. Finally, its wide and well balanced mouth wins unanimous support.
Very few rules for food pairings with this wine, everyone can create their own depending on their desires, whether it is to start or to pair with a meal. Nevertheless, it has to be served between 8°C and 10°C. Due to its appealing visual aspect and its freshness, we recommend enjoying it if possible outdoors, well chilled and before a meal.
