With its golden and shiny robe, R.013 delights our eyes while its soft effervescence is mesmerising. Subtle notes of fresh fruits, citrus fruit and honey making a large range of appealing aromas thanks to its character and generosity. They are a pleasure for the nose. The mouth is tasty with a good structure and a nice freshness in order to be balanced and appealing.
As a starter, R.013 will match perfectly with salty amuse-bouches. While dining, it will match perfectly with most of the salty dishes, with a turbot fish with a creamy sauce made with seafood, poultry with morel mushrooms, or a tasty goat cheese. In order to enhance the end of the meal, it can be offered in association with fine desserts made of white and yellow fruits.
'Based around the 2013 vintage, this wine is young. Perfumed apple and pineapple fruits are tightly laced with lemon and crisp acidity. These contrast with the creamy mousse that adds a softer touch. Age this bottling until 2018.'
