A ripe, fresh, appley wine, with attractive grapefruit accents. It is soft and crisp, with just a touch of softness to finish. Simple and great for as apéritif wine.
A balanced wine, with some depth of flavor from grapefruit and lime fruits, and a tight apple skin structure. There is a rough edge, though, from caramel and the full final texture.
This pale straw-colored sparkler boasts a fine bead and creamy mouthfeel. The toasty aromas lead into faintly stony and citrusy flavors that finish a bit soft, but smooth.

Palate: This blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay, and Aligote, brings the best of both worlds to this Cremant de Bourgogne. A solid gold robe is coupled with a slightly yeasty nose revealing light aromas of toast and fresh pear. The brilliant dry, acidic finish has a rich texture with enticing flavors of baked granny smith apples reminiscent of an apple crisp.
