'Really refreshing finish. Lovely wine.'
95 Points - Huon Hooke
Selectively harvested in the cold morning hours across the Pipers River Region. The cool fruit was very carefully whole bunch pressed extracted only the most delicate juice. Cool fermented to retain the exemplary Tasmanian fruit characters and blended to create a wonderfully complex wine, the wine then underwent secondary fermentation in bottle to create a classical Tasmanian sparkling rose.
The palate is layered and rich, due to bottling aging on lees, balanced by refreshing natural acidity creating a sparkling wine of texture and poise.

Sparkling of the Year 2018, Tyson Stelzer
'Full salmon-pink colour. Strawberry, nettle and dry straw aromas; the palate is crisp and tangy, but it's a softer, fuller and more fruity style with a clean, smoky, nutty bouquet and flavour. Acid is well-balanced. Really refreshing finish. Lovely wine.'
95 Points - Huon Hooke, The Real Review
'A traditional method blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. It has first up flavours of strawberry and fairy floss even though the last descriptor seems harsh. It's fun, and has enough breeding to live for as long as you care to keep it.'
