  • Ocho Tequila is the product of a partnership between Tomas Estes and Carlos Camarena. The Camarena Family have been making Tequila since 1937, with Carlos being the third generation of Tequilero.

Ocho Tequila is produced exclusively from Agave from Carlos and Tomas' own fields, and crafted in small-batches to ensure quality and consistency across each distillation.

The Ocho Reposado is aged in barrel for 8 weeks and 8 days, resulting in a sweeter, more caramel-spectrum Tequila. Perfect for sipping neat after a meal.

  • This ranch is adjacent to a pond where ducks, "Los Patos" stop off on their northsouth migrations. It is about 10 km west of the town of Jesus Maria in the direction of Mexico City. The ranch is on a hill that slopes to the west receiving sun in the afternoon. It has the characteristic red soil of the Highlands and is above 2200 meters in altitude. At harvest, the agaves were 7 years old and the average sugar content was 26.29%.

The aroma on this single-estate Tequila is reminiscent of a very lightly peated whiskey, mingling smoke and pepper with a light caramel note. The flavors tend toward custard and agave sweetness, spiked with pepper and mint. Earthy, smoky and peppery notes accelerate on the long finish. Light, silky feel.'
