On the nose, it has fresh aromas of lemon and lime, along with subtle notes of honeycomb, stone-fruit and flint. On the palate, it has a crisp, acidic character with a juicy texture and a zesty minerality. It has an intense, lingering finish of citrus, apples and honey.
