Matured for 17 months in French oak (29% new). Concentrated and dense blackberry fruit sings against a backdrop of dried herbs and exotic spice. Density is the order of the day, spooling out into layers of lingering flavour. Super-smart cabernet, here.

Winemakers Note
The grapes were cold Machine harvested at optimal tannin, sugar and acid ripeness. 10 days on skins in stainless steel prior to 17 months maturation in French oak.
