Tasting Notes

Lightly framed Garnacha, being comparable to a Pinot Noir, there is notes of plum, currant and rose petals, with a rustic earthy frame.

Winemakers Note

The wine was made using hand picked fruit, 50% Whole clusters and 50% destemmed. Fermentation takes place in 5000L Stainless steel tanks and then ages in clay amphoras for 11 months. Minimal sulphur additions.
