This 2020 Shiraz is deep crimson in colour and is accompanied by aromas of blackberries, raw cocoa and plums. The palate exhibits red fruits, spice and integrated oak. Fine, velvety tannins persist in this balanced wine along with great length on the finish.

Winemakers Note
This small parcel of Eden Valley Shiraz was handpicked. The fruit was destemmed and crushed into one tonne open top fermenters with 30% whole bunch clusters. The fruit was then held at 10-15 degrees for five days, before being allowed to warm and start fermentation. After 20 days on skins and hand plunged daily, the wines were pressed to 100% new French oak Puncheons where they matured for 18 months. No fining or filtration was used on this wine.
