Red coloured wine with violet tones. On the nose, it is fruity and spicy and on the palate it concentrates red fruit, blueberry, plums and mineral notes, mature elegant and smooth tannins for an elegant finish. Pair with fish or poultry.

Fermentation: 26 - 27 °C Maceration: 20 days Crianza: 10 % in second-use 300-litre French oak barrels and 80 % concrete sinks. Time in cellar: 9 months. Fined with bentonite.
