Earthy, dark berries and floral aromas.
The palate is full bodied, with rich notes of Blackberry, plums and cassis. Earthy notes of forest floor and leather. There's also bay leaf, dried herbs and cedar. The supple tannins frame the wine well with a long finish.

Winemakers Note
Coonawarra’s 2021 Vintage displayed all the hallmarks of an incredible harvest. Good winter and early spring rains, providing sound conditions for the vines upcoming growing season. Mild and stable weather conditions through summer with minimal heat fluctuations ensured optimal ripening, and minimal vintage rains ensured outstanding fruit quality during harvest. Oak Maturation: Selected parcels were aged for 13 months in new and seasoned Hogshead and barrique providing elegant spicy, cedar notes.
