Elevated fragrances of yellow nectarine and white peach intermingle with lifted citrus fruits. The palate is velvety, featuring notes of lychee and pink grapefruits, complemented by a toasty undertone. Balanced with precise natural acidity, this leaves your palate in a state of salivation.
Winemakers Note
Handpicked and whole bunch pressed, this wine exclusively used
the best free run juice. this wine was fermented in 100% New
French Oak puncheons. Post fermentation, the wine remained in
oak on lees for 6 months with lees stirred weekly.
