Grilled hazelnuts, vanilla curd and peach aromas. on the palate the wine is full bodied and buttery just like grandma used to drink, there is notes of grilled nuts, cinnamon, butterscotch, butter, nutmeg, vanilla, caramel, touch of peach for fruit aromas, the wines alcohol is in check and the oak isnt over the top, very sophisticated for this style.

Tasting Notes
This wine presents a lively straw-green hue. On the nose, it reveals an intricate layer of varietal fruit aromas, including white peach, grapefruit, pear, and apple. The palate is treated to a medley of these fruity flavours, all wrapped in a full-bodied experience. As the taste journey concludes, subtle notes of grilled cashew and cream emerge, adding complexity to the final burst of flavour that lingers in the finish and aftertaste.
Winemakers Note
From the best blocks of this Mystery Yarra Valley vineyard, hand-picked. Whole-bunch presses are used to minimize extraction of tannins from the skins and pips of the grapes and the result is very clear juice with excellent varietal fruit flavour. Fermented in French oak, matured for 9 months. It has layers on the palate and a long, caressing finish.
