Tasting Notes
Deep crimson in colour with intensely fragrant dark cherry and cassis. Dark fruits with dusty oak tannins finish long in a medium to full bodied palate.
Winemakers Note
Second generation family winemakers and siblings Angus, Digby and Sally Sorby Adams were born with wine in their veins and together are Gudilly. Pair with roast lamb, curries or mushroom risotto.
