We make this wine with grapes from “Santa María” estate and grapes from loyal growers from different çvillages located mainly in Valladolid and Burgos. Our winemaking process seeks for a fresh, fruity style that reflets the typicity of the Ribera del Duero. Short ageing in used barrels to round the body and bone of the grapes in this region
