Tasting Notes
This white Burgundy features a golden colour. The bouquet is replete with subtle and discreet woody aromas built around vanilla, roasted nuts and dried fruit. To the taste, the wine shows off an elegant body, spirit and finesse. The extended finish is characteristic of its richly-built winemaking. Capped with a delicate final fragrance, the experience combines balance, elegance and freshness.
Winemakers Note
This wine is crafted from grapes picked on vines more than 20 years old. Great care is taken when conveying the grapes to the pressing room. The pressing step is very gentle and extremely fast, in order to eliminate sediments from the juice. The last pressed quantities are also discarded. Maturation in oak barrels, both new and up to 3 years old, for a total of 6 to 8 months.
