A touch of funk here, some smoky sulfides and toasty barrel derived character allied with nougat honey and toasted nuts. A wine of refinement and restraint as well as good depth of flavour, the refreshing acidity towing the flavour long through an extended finish."
Showcasing a pale golden hue in the glass, tantalising aromas of white peach and citrus blossom mingle with subtle notes of honeycomb and almond. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied barrel fermentation adding a creamy texture, balanced acidity and flavours of ripe citrus fruit, lemon curd and a hint of white pepper spice. A lingering finish adds to the complexity and enjoyment of this well-crafted Chardonnay.
