Millon Wines Impressionist Pinot Grigio 2022

Pale straw with just a hint of varietal blush. A floral nose with hints of nashi pear, lychee, and honey. The palate is bright and juicy displaying stone fruits and lime juice. This textural and youthful wine finishes with refreshing acidity.

Sourced from our cool, high elevation vineyard in Eden Valley, this
fruit was picked and delivered to the winery in the cool of night.
Gently pressed, it was then cold settled for 48 hours before being
racked off the lees. Fermented at cool temperatures with a small
number of solids. The wine was fermented dry, slightly fined then
filtered before bottling. The 2022 Pinot Grigio produced from Eden Valley is rounded in style with lots of depth and concentration. A beautiful wine that will pair effortlessly with your favourite seafood dishes.
