Medium intense salmon pink colour. Nose lifts with ripe raspberry aromas that also carry through with a distinct sweetness on the palate. A lack of acidity accentuates the sweetness, leaving it cloying into the finish.

Tasting Notes
Originating from our elevated Pewsey Vale vineyard, this Rosé was made from 100% Pinot Noir. With lifted aromas of rose petals, strawberries and a savoury spice, the palate is layered with luscious red cherries, strawberries and cream. A cooler, longer vintage has imparted lively natural acidity with a refreshingly crisp finish.
Winemakers Note
This small parcel of Single Vineyard Eden Valley Rose was made
from Pinot noir grapes. The fruit was pressed directly on skins
within two hours of harvesting to achieve the pale pink colour. It
was then cold settled for 48 hours. Fermenting at cool temperatures
with a small number of solids. The wine was fermented dry, filtered
and bottled.
