Tasting Notes
Fresh and bright, showing plum and cherry flavours. The palate is complexed with gamey notes and subtle French Oak. Enjoy with mates or with duck and greens.
Winemakers Note
2022 was an excellent vintage. Mild weather conditions across the growing season with good winter and spring rains set up the vines. Mild conditions continued into harvest allowing full ripening and flavour development at lower baumes. Overall outstanding quality.
Working together is they key to achieving the best fruit
expression from the vineyard. Having a Greek grower of Italian,
French and Spanish varieties from Adelaide GI may break with
tradition, but we love the challenge and style it delivers and
wanted to celebrate that.
