2022 Thieuley Blanc

Aromatics: Floral and aromatic nose, with ripe white fruits, juicy pears and some exotic notes including grapefruit and pineapple. The nose also show some charming and sublte oak spices since some of the wine is aged in barrel. There is a freshness and an attractivness to its wine that we really enjoy. Palate: Textured and fleshy this wine have good balance showing lime, pear and quince. The palate is smooth, round and creamy (thanks to the ageing on lees) yet it has a beautiful tension and mineral chalky finish.

Sustainable Viticulture : Terra Vitis, HVE3 et Bee Friendly Terroir : Deep Clay Densité : 6000 pieds/ha Date of harvest : from August 18th to September 1st. Alcohol leve l : 12,9 Vinification : Skin contact maceration, pneumatic pressing under nitrogen to preserve flavours, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, settling on lies with regular «batonnage» for 5 months in tanks. Tasting : Nose : Exotic fruit flavors, combined with apricot, litchies and intense floral aromas. Well balanced, the mouth shows a lot of richness. Long, and very round, the final is mineral and lighthly salty.
