Confected green apples on the nose with a touch of jasmine, the palate continues with a fresh ripe green apple quality, with a touch of cereal mealiness, the palate continues with a sea-breeze minerality with long finish.
Soft nose, but with a lot going on. Nashi pear, green apple, quince, honey suckle etc. Palate is well-textured, very austere, but nice palate weight and lively acid.
