NV Angas Premium Moscato

Muscat grapes for this wine are sourced from a number of vineyards in the warm inland regions of South Australia. Healthy canopies are promoted to provide adequate cover in order to retain fruit aromatics and freshness. Fruit is harvested in the cool of the evening and the juice handled reductively in order to preserve fruit freshness and aromatics. Cool fermentation with aromatic yeast strains retains the lovely varietal flavours of the Muscat grape. The ferment is stopped early to maintain the perfect balance between natural acid and grape sugar in the final blend.
