Bright green-straw; the Tasmanian acidity immediately proclaims its preserve, giving the wine freshness, fine citrus fruit and great length along with nutty/bready nuances. Curiously, no varieties specified.
Pretty, tasty and fun but not without grace and refinement. It offers light lemon and strawberry flavours with a touch of earthiness and has balanced sweetness and good length of flavour. At the price point it’s just the ticket.
A cool-climate Chardonnay-based fizz that punches above its weight. About 5% of the wine matures in old French oak before the second fermentation, where it spends two years on lees, gaining creamy toasted almond notes to join crisp green apple fruit. A steal when on offer.

Rich, flavoursome wine with chocolate box, strawberry and citrus flavours plus a savoury brioche/bready influence. Mouth filling wine with character. Good food wine.
A great deal of zip and a good deal of flavour. Complex flavour it is too. Lemon meringue, toast, lees, red apple, pink grapefruit and roasted nut characters all flash through the palate. Some grip to the finish; not a bad thing.
A fresh nose with apples, fresh citrus and preserved lemons. Medium-bodied with some nice green and citrus fruit, steely acidity and a bright finish. Drink now.

Winemakers Note
Hand-picking, gentle whole bunch pressing, cool fermentation, 100% malolactic fermentation, complex assemblage and extended ageing on lees after bottle fermentation, all combine to produce a stylish and complex wine. To maximise complexity in the final wine, batches are kept separate during winemaking. Released with a minimum three months of bottle age.
