Very light, bright colour with a creamy head of fizz. The aroma is attractively-scented, lightly herbal, faintly almond-like, the palate light and yet intense, crisp and refreshing, with a tickle of sweetness but essentially it's dry. The effervescence is vigorous and the wine is very good in its entirety.
Fresh and clean, lovely palate with lemon zest and a clean finish.
Dry, crisp and delicious. A lovely Prosecco.

Winemakers Note
Prosecco is a sparkling white wine, indigenous to the Veneto region in Italy’s north east, and is made from the Prosecco grape. It’s a great summer aperitif. Risky Business Prosecco is versatile, fresh and perfect for celebrating any occasion. The cool climate at the base of the snowfields is similar to Italy’s Prosecco Road at the base of the mountains, allowing winemakers to grow grapes in crisp conditions. Machine harvested at night. Cool ferment with champagne yeast. Fruit Source: King Valley
