Yet Mark's deep connections and his friendship with an artisan winemaking hero made it happen, and his infectious enthusiasm soon spread. Introducing Trapeze, a small Yarra winery producing minuscule batch bottles. Led by the legendary Brian Conway, known for his work at Izway in the Barossa Valley, Trapeze was born from the collaboration between wine greats like James Lance (Punch, Diamond Valley) and Stuart Proud (Thousand Candles). This Pinot, sourced from low-yielding, dry-grown vines in Steels Creek, embodies the magic of Brian's winemaking - a light footprint with a profound impact.
